I went to 1204 Broadway saugus dunkin' donuts. I did a mobile order and ordered at the wrong store. I asked the manager nicely could you order me a drink? She said no you have to go to the other store. I said really Starbucks does it he says we don't do that Go to Starbucks I guess I won't go back to dunkin' donuts anymore. Middle-age woman with crooked teeth. Not somebody I would want representing my store
I dont know the persons name who just made my coffee, but whoever she is, she did an outstanding job, I think this is the first lavacake latte that looks and tastes very good. Thank you
