I've been here a few times, and I must say they really need to double-check before handing out the food. This isn’t the first time my order has been messed up! I paid for what I wanted, and it’s disappointing to see this happen repeatedly. On a positive note, the customer service is good and the staff is friendly.
I’m writing this in hopes higher ups will see it and change something before this location goes out of business. I live next door and for the past 5 or so months it has been HORRIBLE coming to this location. 9/10 times the order is wrong or missing items. Today I got a medium coffee and not only is the coffee lukewarm but the cup isn’t filled. If I wanted a small, that’s what I would have ordered. Rushed us & then gave me the most sad looking hash browns. 2/22/26 - still one star service. My husband ordered a drink to the wrong dunks (across the highway) and showed them his order confirmation and they wouldn’t make it for him.
