Very rude. Refused to accommodate my handicap
Toooooo slow!
I placed a $7.15 order for a coffee and a donut online. It went through because I got the notification from my bank that it charged me the $7.15. I went inside and waited in the mobile order area for about 15 minutes and then asked an employee, Judy, where my order was. She said they did not receive it and told me there was nothing she could do even AFTER i showed her that my account was charged.
