no matter how many times i order from here, nothing is ever right. either they’re forgetting things on my boyfriends sandwiches or just now, they forget to add MATCHA to a iced MATCHA latte. like this is JUST milk. pmo
Three employees working, 5 people in line and none of the employees acknowledge we were there and we walked out after 5 minutes of waiting without being helped.
A few months ago, this location was great. Speedy service and kind workers. Recently it has gone severely down hill. To the point where I have been stuck waiting 15+ minutes for a wake up wrap with no one else in line or at the drive through. Which is ridiculous. Every single time in the past month that I have visited, it has been the same lady working the drive through window with the same type of service, to describe it in one word, AWFUL! My wife (5 months pregnant) and I were traveling. We stopped to use the restroom as well as get coffee & breakfast. There were three ladies working who threw a temper tantrum that they had to open the lobby (mind you the store has been open for an hour already, and no where was it posted drive-thru only). Just pure laziness. Obviously we weren’t going to order food after that, and as we were walking out, they talked about how “of course these crackers aren’t going to order food”.
I went to DD to grab a Blueberry muffin. Went thru drive thru. Waited 25 mins in line. Yes, 25 minutes. And when I got to the drive thru window the girl at the window was using the wax paper they use to grab food, to hold my bag and hand it to me. At first I told myself not to read too much into it, she was probably just in the flow of things. I get home and open my bag only to see the folded part of the bag and most of the inside covered in some sticky coffee residue. Again, not trying to over react - it's Monday, it's busy... read more
