Ghetto ghetto ghetto!!!!You get to the counter and receive NO HELLO, HOW CAN I HELP YOU, NO SMILES.. As I'm trying to enjoy my food, employees are very loud. They rudely talk bad about other customers around others who hear them. I'm sure they must have better employees but unfortunately, the majority of the bad ones make them ALL seem Bad!! I was not surprised to see majority BAD REVIEWS on there site. A message to DD owner/ franchisee. Simply improve customer service & ratings/profits will go through the roof!!
Very unprofessional establishment i would rather drive 20 minutes to reach a different location before i come here i wouldnt rate any stars if u could. They be in the back just eating the food and not paying for it, some of them need to gym instead.
Ghetto and cant make drinks correctly... this location is why i deleted the dunkin app and will NEVER ordee dunking again. Just sorry...gross
Typically this Dunkin is pretty good, but clearly it’s gone downhill. I placed a mobile order.. when I went to pick up I was told the items I ordered were not available. I asked them to just cancel it & was told they couldn’t do that and I’d have to do it myself via the app. I go to the app & see zero options for cancellation so I asked that they show me when I drive around. They said we cant help you with the app. SO, you don’t have what I ordered, you can’t cancel/refund my order (because I have to?) AND you cannot or do n... read more
