I was told that the next time I came, my service dog could not come in. I informed them that he is a service dog, but she said her manager won't allow it. 1. They legally have to allow service dogs (assuming they're not causing an issue- bad behavior) 2. Their sign says service dogs are welcome. If they want the dog to be vested, they should post that. . . Except there no legal requirement for the service dog to wear a vest 🫠
The slowest Dunkin you will ever experience. No matter how early I place the mobile order I always have to get someone's attention to get my last items. My order has never once been waiting for me on the shelf. Staff is nice (other than the one I think is the manager, openly yells at others in front of customers) and the order is usually correct, but it takes 10-15min to get an order even later in the morning when the place is empty.
Jodi is a very racist worker especially towards spanish speaking people. It’s never okay to say “This is America, speak english” especially when at work. I see that she does this often, not only to customers but other workers as well and the owner/manager of this location should take accountability.
This Dunkin ALMOST KILLED my boyfriend with anaphylaxis. My boyfriend ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel and they substituted for a sesame bagel. My boyfriend is DEATHLY ALLERGIC to sesame seeds. They didn't even ask if sesame was okay to use even though it is a common allergen. Thank god my boyfriend knew to double check before hand or he would have been in the hospital.
