Jodi is a very racist worker especially towards spanish speaking people. It’s never okay to say “This is America, speak english” especially when at work. I see that she does this often, not only to customers but other workers as well and the owner/manager of this location should take accountability.
This Dunkin ALMOST KILLED my boyfriend with anaphylaxis. My boyfriend ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel and they substituted for a sesame bagel. My boyfriend is DEATHLY ALLERGIC to sesame seeds. They didn't even ask if sesame was okay to use even though it is a common allergen. Thank god my boyfriend knew to double check before hand or he would have been in the hospital. Fresh coffee great staff
The customer service needs work. Whenever I come here, it’s usually the same lady at the register. Jodi is very passive aggressive, especially those towards a specific demographic. Don’t really care as long as you don’t overstep, but if you’re miserable maybe consider a job change if you don’t like interacting with customers who aren’t the “typical people” you are used to.
