I've never had a problem with the food from here, but I feel like I've never had a visit where something didn't go wrong with the service. They seem to get overloaded with orders a lot, or there are no orders but the person working is just not behind the counter for some reason.
THE WORST EVER I STOOD THERE FOR 10 MINUTES WHILE A EMPLOYEE WAS ON HIS PHONE INSTEAD OF TAKING MY ORDER

This place needs to be shut down so bad it’s not even funny
I don't know this woman's name, but I never had such a horrible experience at a Dunkin. I came in with my family and my partner and was greeted with attitude, and one of the employees was playing on her phone. I asked for a coffee and a matcha, and she said to her coworker, "You have another nasty drink coming your way. A matcha latte". She then leaves the counter to go to her coworker leaving my brother by the register.
