I really don’t blame workers for being disgruntled- they’re exploited and underpaid by this giant corporation that gets rich off of their labor. But going here is just such an unpleasant experience because they can be kind of harsh and rude. Again, I don’t necessarily blame them because the working conditions are not good but it is jarring and I don’t really want to come here anymore. It would be nice if they had kiosks to order at.
Ran in to use the restroom and a quick bite. Bathroom locked and refused to unlock till I ordered. Watched me stand there and not take my order when there was 2 other ladies there working and absolutely no queue. After I order and she unlocks the bathroom it’s not even in service.
Good place to spend time.
