I literally pay for a bagel and asked them to put veggie cream cheese on the side. First of all they put the veggie cream cheese on the bagel. That’s fine but There’s barely any cream cheese on the bagel so I asked the women up front can I have an extra cream cheese on the side cause you barely put it on the bagel. No, you have to pay for it. Okay that’s also fine but do you see how much cream cheese they put on the bagel and didn’t even give me a knife to spread it out! Absurd. Morning management needs better training but the rest of the staff are great...when I put in a mobile order around 6:03am sunday they apparently didn't get the order and despite showing the receipt for the right location and the order they instead wanted me to dispute it with customer service instead of fulfilling my order making me purchase it again which doesn't make sense

Everyone at this location needs a good raise or 2. I'm here literally every single day and everyone is so nice as well hospitable. I'm always greeted with warmth and genuine kindness. My order is always made 110% exactly how it should be. The whole team is wonderful. Hands down the best Dunkin location around. Even it's out of my way on a different route, I still always come here specifically. 11/10. Best Dunkin team here.

The place was awesome in my opinion. The staff is great and there drive threw is pretty quick. There's 1 worker there his name is John. He does a great job. I literally go in there just to say hi to him. Like I said great staff great place .
