I can’t believe how slow and unwelcoming the employees of this store are. It literally doesn’t matter what time I go and get my coffee because I am having to wait at least 20-30 minutes for the drive thru line of 3 cars to be handled. Even when they hand over your card/drinks/food, they don’t even look at you or anything. It’s incredible how little effort is needed to take care of these issues yet zero people care. The inside automated ordering and prioritization system is simply unacceptable. The ice coffee was great, as was the coffee cake muffin, but it took 15 minutes and we were the only people there. No greeting at all upon entering, they forgot one of our items (although to be fair they gave us an extra one to make up for that), there was trash on the floor…. Unless you’re desperate, probably better to go elsewhere.

Walked in to order refresher drinks. One employee was cleaning tables with spray bottle, looked at me and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. After he continued cleaning the tables there was a 3 minute wait to which no employee came from the back to take my order. I was the only one in the store at the time. We are here from out of town. Went in for an early cup of coffee with a co worker on our way to the first day of a convention. 3 people behind the counter and we were the only customers in the store. They didn’t take our order for 10 minutes so we left without our coffee. So much for southern hospitality.
