Food quality is excellent, always is, but I think they need more training on up selling customers and basic sales. Not once but twice I was charged for a cup of water which is 50 cents because I needed ice. The 2nd time I asked them to fill the cup with ice that I bought there for $20. I'm in there almost every other day because of my job being so close and starting so early. I don't usually have a lot of options.
