6:25PM 8/10/25 Walked in walked up to register & after 30 seconds of waiting got a comment by the employee to use the kiosk. As if they did not want my business. I showed him the text message of the specific order I needed. It was literally 1 ITEM. They STILL GOT IT WRONG!!! What The Hell, why is service & quality of food horrible at every Dunkin location in Charlotte! Spent almost $5 and my time for some BS. I’m never coming patronizing Dunkin’ again! You guys suck

I ordered a large iced drink with light ice, and I was disappointed with what I received. The cup not filled to the top — there was a noticeable gap below the lid, meaning I received even less liquid than I should have. I asked why it wasn’t filled up she said because i ordered it with less ice i get less liquid. My understanding is that when I ask for light ice, it should result in more of the actual drink, not less. I’ve attached a photo for reference. Although one of the employees was very kind to me, this Dunkin’ location continues to disappoint. I’ve visited multiple times hoping for better, but every visit has had issues—poor hygiene, a lack of cleanliness, and random people inside who clearly aren’t customers, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. Some days, the staff is unhelpful and even rude. My recent visit included burnt croissants, misplacing orders, and no creamer despite the request. Lady was very rude . Told her I wanted a hot latte she made a cold . The problem was when she got upset and tried to make it like I was wrong and had a very bad attitude. The gentleman was not friendly at all and it took 10 min to make me a hot latte and loaded hash browns. I am from another state so coming here and getting this treatment was horrible

I tried the chicken wrap, the egg & cheese sandwich, and an English muffin. Among these, the egg & cheese was my favorite—it delivered the most satisfying flavor and texture. However, the overall atmosphere felt below average, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant meal. Service was noticeably slow, though aside from that, I didn’t encounter any serious issues.
