B is a great employee, he works with a smile on his face and he makes sure he treats everyone the same. He tells everyone make you tell everyone this is the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the world. Great job B
Really disappointed with the service at this location. I waited a long time and the staff wasn’t responsive at all — tried getting someone’s attention and was basically ignored. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. For a place that relies on quick, friendly service, this was a letdown. Hoping management addresses this because it’s not what I expect from Dunkin.
Worst customer service.
I just left this particular Dunkin’ Donuts, and although it’s two employees working, one of them I believe the manager (black man in black Dunkin tee) stood at the pick up area talking to someone the whole time instead of helping his associate work. When she apologize for the slow service, I told her it’s fine. At least you’re working as I went to leave he actually asked his employee what I said I believe if he was not flirting with the one customer at the pick up area, he could’ve helped his employee.
