I will say they greeted my properly. However service was terrible. My food was cold and not presentable. I feel like they did not give me the correct amount of bacon. It was so bad I really wanted a refund but just didn't not have time to go back though the hassle. You can see the time stamp on my receipt and what time I'm taking these photos.
Mary was so sweet! I’ve never had dunkin but she helped me pick something! It was great. Glad I stopped by!
I only go through the drive thu for orders but this location has been far better than the one closer to my home. I go out of my way to go here because the staff is always friendly and my order is almost always right. I've definitely had a few issues with the wait time and food being on the wrong bread (Examples: ordered a wrap and got a croissant, ordered a croissant and got a biscut) over the years but I understand it can get very busy and things get mixed up.
