Stepped in to pick up a quick bite for lunch. Walked in two people and two employees looked at me multiple times. Never acknowledged my presence nor asked me if I needed assistance. After about 5 minutes. I just walked out of the restaurant. Will not be back.
Tried to order through the drive through just now (2:20pm on 8/24/26) and the person absolutely refused to put my order in correctly on the screen. I asked for decaf and oat milk. He said ok anything else? Yes it needs to be decaf and oat milk. And then silence for another 2 minutes. Screen still didn’t change. “Okay anything else?” Repeat this x3 and we eventually just said nevermind. I didn’t want to risk getting sick because this person wasn’t listening at all.
When you go to Dunkin Donuts you expect Dougnuts. This location never has anything but glaze and old fashion. Management is unbothered and not interested in the customers. Terrible how they have lost the doughnut war. Don't waste your time hitting this store.
