I just went through the the drive through and order a medium iced pistachio latte with oat milk and the gave me a regular French vanilla and I had an allergic reaction because I can’t do anything except Oatmilk
I love Dunkin Donuts.....I had to switch to this location because I have to drop my son off at school....And this place is NOT a good representation of THE DUNKIN I LOVE. First of all not sure if it's management or what but recently the service has gotten bad. From giving out wrong orders to waiting forever for a pre-ordered drink. It always looks like everyone is confused and the fact that it's so many employees working, you would think it wouldn't be so slow.... Hopefully they get it together....or hello corporate!
Today was the first and last time I will visit this location. Customer service not the best ..I will say the inside it clean and welcoming but the customer service is not up to par and the wait time for orders are 10 mins min. I witness the manger cursing and complaining of busting her ass whit a lobby full of customers. This location does not give the feel of being welcomed at all. I would like to edit my review. We absolutely love coming here! This is the only Dunkin we go to in Charlotte.
This place is my partner's and I'm favorite Dunkin in the area. We come just about every week and they always have the nicest employees!
