We had such a great experience today it was worthy of mentioning. Originally we had actually ordered at the shirts location, which was absolutely horrible. And we were willing to buy another coffee at this one because we need some coffee. And the employee here Cindy went way above and beyond and took care of us. Horrible customer service! We walked in and were left standing with no greeting or acknowledgment. The employee was only focused on the drive-thru and didn’t even take a second to say, “I’ll be with you.” After he finished with the drive-thru, he completely ignored us and went to the back, leaving us waiting for at least 15 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable service. They seriously need training on how to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect. Will not be coming back.
The service here was honestly terrible. I waited over 15 minutes for a simple coffee while the staff stood around chatting and ignoring customers. No greeting, no apology, just attitude. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by showing up. Definitely not the Dunkin’ experience I expected.
