My pink pineapple lemonade refresher was filled with more than 3/4 cup of ice and taste like pure water. It looks like water with only a slight pink color. I put in mobile order LESS ICE and employees didn't follow instructions.

I spent more than five minutes waiting to be attended to, I got out of my car and got in... when they finally approached, there was neither a greeting nor sorry! It was really a bad experience.
Definitely the best customer service at any Dunkin in St Charles !! Shontae (sorry if spelled wrong) is so friendly I love when she’s working the window !! And my drink is always made correctly as well !!
I prior to ordering I asked the cashier in the drive thru if they had glazed donuts approximately 10 as that is Dunkin Donuts min count. After receiving my order and beverage. I realized they threw in 5 chocolate munchkins that my children don’t like chocolate I asked and she responded that’s all we had so why would you tell me yes at the speaker but when I arrive at the window with vehicles behind me waiting advise me you didn’t have all 10 glazed that you ran out.
