I didn't realize I had gotten there so close to closing time. The staff were super nice. Still had donuts to satisfy my craving.
This was my second time trying this location… Absolutely terrible all around! Yesterday, I went and spent $25 on a cup did not get the free coffee that is supposed to come with the purchase of one of their cups and then when I did get it, it was barely halfway full.. the manager heard me asking the employee if they could fill it the rest of the way (which I told them I would happily pay for them to do), the manager came over and asked what the problem was…and proceeded to tell me I needed to just talk to him (the manager) di... read more
Drive thru is always slow, but I love a dunkalatte so I’ll give it a pass
They got your orders out quickly, but staff had no personality. Everyone seemed tired or bored. No smiles
