i had an issue with my mobile order where it only gave me a confirmation code and didn’t ask for a name (but still charged my card) , the store did not receive the order so they offered to make it on the fly at the window which was so kind!! the staff was super helpful and reassured me that it was not my fault, and on top of this it was SO busy so i really appreciate how patient they were. i didn’t get their names but thank you so much to the dude with the COOLEST piercing setup for helping me and being so gracious!! fantast... read more
They were very busy but did well with the rush
For some reason, they fired all the staff that actually got things done and hired a bunch of slow pokes that could care less about getting people out of there. It’s freaking coffee and donuts. I ordered coffee online and it took over an hour for them to pour it. Not worth going.
