Usually this Dunkin is somewhat reliable but the last 2 times I’ve gone they’ve messed up my order. Waited in drive thru for over 20 min just to get a disgusting unmixed wrong coffee.
This is my second time coming to the west ashley location and it is always so chaotic and there's no organization, everyone is standing around joking and laughing. Even the manager wasn't organizing anything. I don't think anyone really knew what they were doing at this location. 10 employees and it took me almost 45 minutes to get my stuff. I ordered a sausage egg bisquit. I couldn't believe it when I opened the wrapper to eat it. The Egg and Sausage were of a good portion, but the biscuits they sat on were miniature. It was ridiculous. For that I payed $6.49 add the small coffee I paid a total of just under $10. This will be my last visit to Dunkin! I'll find another place.
What a horrible experience!! There were at least 10 employees there, but only 2 or 3 working. The rest of the employees were playing around with each other, on their phones and even were extremely rude to one of the customers. They did not follow any type of protocol or protective measures when it came to touching food. 🤢 There were people that did not get their order, waited an extremely long time to get their order, received incorrect orders and the drive through was wrapped around the building all the way to the highway ... read more
