I'm only give this dunkin a three because I placed a mobile order for a coffee and a donut. I understood they had no donuts left but I never got a refund or offered a replacement.
They look at you like your going to rob the place.
Use drive thru exclusively. It does get backed up at the expected times but otherwise it's efficient!
I asked for an iced latte one of the signature ones and the lady proceeds to give me a cup of milk and ice. I drink one everyday and I knew this was not right. I asked her to remake it and offered to pay for an extra espresso shot and she proceeds to hand me yet another cup of milk and ice and tells me she thinks the espresso machine is broken .. If u wanna pay for a cold cup of milk come to this Dunkin
