Dear Dunkin, WHY would you deliberately and purposefully send me donuts that were hard as rocks? Granted it was later in the day but I have never received such a horrible disappointment in my life. Every single donut was crusty and so hard it was inedible. When someone was putting those donuts in the box you could clearly tell these should not be served but you went ahead, took my money and served me rocks in a box. Came today during business hours and found store open but empty with a sign that said "no orders right now". Saw an employee but he did not come to assist or explain
We waited in line for 10+ mins this morning and the worker told the person in front of us he “isn’t taking more orders for at least 10 minutes”. Didn’t bother to tell us until we asked. Not sure why or why he didn’t tell us before we waited for so long. Terrible service.
Bear in mind that this Dunkin is inside a Cobblestone carwash and is essentially "Dunkin" in name only. I stop by on my way to work most days, it's convenient and on the way to the office. they have a more limited supply of donuts since it's not a stand alone location. Great staff! I order on the app ahead of time and I've never had any issues.
