Very disrespectful service. Won’t be returning
The frozen coffee flavors are most times made wrong, the hot food is cold by the time I get home and I live across the street, and the specialty donuts and muffins are never in stock when they are being advertised on tv and radio. Half the staff are rude and don’t want to do anything. Place needs a manager that keeps theses people on their toes and hire employees that want to work not people that just want to collect a paycheck!!!!! This drink tastes like they put vanilla instead of Butter pecan.
No donuts, literally not one. A donut shop with no donuts, what a joke. Seems to be Dunkins new business plan because too any kocations don't have donuts after 10 a.m..ridiculous
Drinks are not consistent on flavor if coming several days in a row.
I have came here several times since it has open, and they always have got the drinks I had ordered out in a timely manner. I came around 9 today and the employees were very nice as usual and I received a free drink with my macha.
