Donuts and coffee are 'good', not more. I miss when Dunkin was actually good.

This location has gotten so much better! It used to be a real mess but the staff are pretty friendly now and do a good job! I probably shouldn't expect to have piping hot and coffee at 4:30 in the afternoon, but I appreciate a quick swap out for iced coffee instead of the lukewarm coffee I was given. My regular bagel sandwich is consistently good. I will say that the Alma School and Germann location is the best of all I've visited. Excellent customer service there.
