The kid working the speaker at 10:46am on 10/25/25 needs to fix their attitude. "it's been discontinued🤓👆" don't act like it's not on the menu right in front of me, customer service is your job and younre terrible at it.
If I could give zero stars, I would this is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The staff is incompetent and honestly, they need to completely restart and fire everybody I asked for a chocolate glazed doughnut and he gave me a regular chocolate doughnut three times This is completely unacceptable and this will just be another new Lennox store that closes down in the next two years if it just keeps going this way, you guys will get turned into a jack in the box within five years max
I paid almost $8 for four donuts. When I was handed the bag, it was covered in chocolate frosting. When I got home five minutes later, the frosting was melted and covering the inside of the bag. Terrible quality for Dunkin and I will NOT be returning to your location.
