I can only speak for Thursday afternoons since that’s when I typically come here, but the girl that takes orders should find something else to do. She’s never once taken my order correctly even after its repeated minimum three times. When I get to the window if I see this girl I automatically assume my order is incorrect, and it always is. There’s one other girl with curly hair that I’ve seen on Thursday afternoons and she’s the only other person that’s taken my order— which she actually gets correct. Managers, please speak with your staff. Their customer service is extremely poor. I asked for my receipt, and the employees couldn't produce the correct one; they handed me two receipts that didn't match my order. They took my card information, but getting my receipt was like pulling teeth! The staff are very unprofessional.
This is a nice store. I had a breakfast sandwich it was quite good. My daughter had a donut and coffee
