Went through the drive through on June 14th, at 12:44. This is the third time in the last month and a 1 that I've received cold food. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a supervisor that was in charge of the food. The employee said they all knew how to work with food. I asked her. What's the minimum temperature? The food's supposed to be served at she did not know. I believe this is the third time I've gotten cold food from there. In the last two months, they need more training and more accountability.

the food and beverage at Dunkin is generally pretty good overall, though I've experienced at multiple locations that they are consistently out of much of their menu or particular ingredients involved in their menu- and for some reason, at least in my experiences, they never bother to mention this fact any time it's happening. I'll order something and will hear on the intercom "we're out of x" so I'll change my order "we're out of that too" so I switch my order ~two more times to be told each time again "we can't make that we... read more
