This place is absolutely awful. Every time I’ve come here they are so unorganized and no one seems to know what’s going on. We always mobile order and will still wait an extra 20 minutes after we arrive. This time they didn’t have any green tea was told I could get a refund but just got a different drink instead. Then after waiting for forever for our food they said they didn’t have it available. I then asked for a refund and was told they weren’t allowed to do that.
