I had the largest iced coffee they could legally sell me, and after I finished it, I could smell WiFi signals. Their coffee works. 11/10 would recommend. Skyler makes a mean cold foam.
Came in to get just avocado toast on the way to work which I work a mile and a half away waited 15 minutes they serve three people in front of me who got there after me and also took care of DoorDash orders before I had to leave so I don’t risk being late to work at a corporate building. Didn’t want any fruit fruit drinks or anything crazy like that just avocado toast didn’t ask for my money back. I had to leave. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a Dunkin’ Donuts
Employees are in serious need of an attitude adjustment here. You walk in 0 hi, 0 thank you, 0 common sense. ordered 10 munkins, got 9. we cant even count to 10 here. The cashier took 5 minutes to ring up donuts. She must have pushed 100 buttons on the screen. Then couldn't figure out how to let me pay using their own app. The donuts are not fresh go to Bosa across the street.
I've never had a good experience at this location. Customer service is awful. I called their customer service and they were equally as awful. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. It makes me sad Dunkin has gone so far downhill as I had such great memories as a kid with my grandparents
