The service industry has gotten so bad that it’s refreshing when a coffee chain actually gets it right. No matter what time I go, the staff greets you warmly through the drive-thru — they sound genuinely happy to help, smile at you, and are incredibly friendly without the endless small talk, because they’re also quick and efficient. I came to the store today 6/5/2026 at 9:56 and the young Lady in the drive thru customer service skills were TOP TIER SHE MADE MY DAY WITH HER KINDNESS AND HER BIG SMILE THIS GIRL DESERVES A PROMOTION AND A RAISE GOD BLESS HER.
I come here almost every other day since I live pretty close. There is this one worker, I dont know her name. She wears a choker & she has the shittiest attitude. I was going to pay with my card & she barely reached out the card reader out the window & I had to literally reach out my car to pay. I get my coffee & its the sarcastic "have a good day" I ever heard. I come here everyday & I will not be coming or ordering here anymore.
