Did drive thru was worn out. Asked gentleman at window if he'd just do a mix for me to take to a small assisted living home,I was treating the residents. Expected a negative answer.... But he was great and said happily be would. This may not seem like much to a lot of people, but to those who have and are taking care of loved ones with Alzheimer's disease you know how much this little gesture makes a big difference when you're balancing your time between two households. This Dunkin has the worst service I have ever experienced, we stopped to get some coffee and four different employees kept telling us to hold on . Not one was helping the walk in customers . I just walked out since they had no time to give us any service. I waited 15 minutes and was just ignored by the employees. Shame on you Dunkin.
Worst customer services, they hired bunch of kids who don’t want to work, rude and they get the simplest order wrong on purpose, I don’t know if they think it’s funny or not.
