2 stars because the morning staff is amazing but if you wanna go past 4pm, be prepared to have cold food, drinks with random things floating in them, or to not be served because they take the liberty to close an hour or more early. Door says 8pm but if you walk up at 7:15pm they are gone. This is not a 1 time occasion for an emergency either. This has happened about 5 times now. Without hesitation, they remade the drink and were so pleasant and understanding throughout the whole interaction. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service these days — friendly, fast, and genuinely helpful. Thank you for turning my day around!
