Very stingy with bacon here. Added bacon to 2 sandwiches and had to drive all the way back to correct it. They gave us the 4 tiny slices that would be added. Nothing for the inconvenience offered. Not even a few measly slices of bacon. They act as if it's made of gold or something. They don't understand how someone could want sausage AND bacon. It's weird When you mess up someone's order and they have to drive back. Don't be a cheapskate. It's ok to throw in an extra thing of measly tiny bacon lol
I don't know if the coffee was burnt or not, but this iced coffee I got was a weird mix of bitter and sweet that most other coffees I've had. On a side note, the bagels- I'm not a fan of sandwiches that are so dense/dry that it hurts to chew 😂 - i think it might be the result of reheating frozen food causing that to happen.
This place was open and I pulled up to get something, but they said they didn’t have any hot beverages because they were already cleaning the machines, even though they don’t close until 8 and I was there an hour early. Waste of my time!
I had a really frustrating experience at Dunkin’. I tried to order a small frozen matcha, but they refused to make it because they had already washed the blender. Instead of offering any alternative or trying to help, they just said no and left it at that. The customer service was very poor and unhelpful. If you’re not willing to serve customers or find a solution, you shouldn’t be in the service industry. Don’t waste your time stopping here.
