Asked for a medium refresher less ice in the drive-thru. The cup was so full of ice the straw would not go in. When I went in, the girls from the window as if she could help. Everyone is friendly I have never had an issue with rudeness. However service and food go hand and hand. Not only have I been handed a hot coffee cup that was ice cold, like the iced coffee isn't that cold, and when I said something to the individual who handed it to me, the responded with, "I thought it felt cold, I'll fix it." If it felt cold why give it to me to begin with. But that doesn't frustrate more than even after bringing this to their attention, and having the person I tell say, "oh the filter must not have been ... read more
