Their coffee is way better than starbucks.
I had a mobile order placed this morning and went inside to pick up my order. The only thing I can describe it as was chaos. There were people everywhere, the workers were clearly overwhelmed and running around trying to get everything done and I noticed managers just shouting at employees telling them to do two or three things at a time. The girl who made my order was very kind but you can tell she had a stressful morning. The store definitely needs to consider new management to help solve this problem.
This is a brand new Dunkin so I thought it would be one of the better ones in the area. I waited in line for over 30 minutes for my mobile order before I finally got room to leave the drive thru. I then went inside to try and get my order and it was so packed that I couldn’t even get to the counter after waiting for 10 minutes. I left without getting my order and lost money.
