It seems like every time i go to this location my order is wrong in some way the workers don't listen or just don't care but the manager is amazing he always tries to fix the problem but he needs help

Go here a lot. but cashier distracted while taking my order. ended up having to redo order and lost discount.
This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I walked in and stood patiently at the counter for a good couple of minutes. Nothing. The two people working behind the counter said nothing to me, didn’t even look in my direction. Not even a simple “I’ll be right with you” or any acknowledgment that I was there. Will not be returning. These children need some manners.
