I placed a pickup order through the app on Saturday 2/21. Obviously it’s a Saturday morning I anticipated it to be busy. Having to wait a bit for my order was not the problem. My problem was having to listen to who I would assume is the manager screaming at her employees. I work in retail and I understand the stress that can come with being a manager but it doesn’t do any good screaming at the employees for not being efficient enough. Manager was just yelling at everybody, causing all the employees to just look stressed out.
The service is always slow and today got a coffee so bad I threw it away and went to a gas station to make my own. This dunks is always a nightmare won’t go back
