I went into Dunkin’s asking for my drink to be made a specific way and they said they are not able to make it that way they could get in trouble. The manager came out and said the same thing I told him I’m the one paying for my drink to be make that way. I will never go there again.
The service is subpar now compared to how it was years before. I just got back from trying to get food for myself and one other person. Only two people working. I understand a place gets busy. One person was busy cooking while another was busy doing whatever instead of taking orders. There were more than five people trying to get orders. My companion and I ended up walking out. The order is always ready on time and prepared just right. The dining area is always clean and nicely maintained.
Messy, unorganized POOR management absolutely NO pride in presentation or product and service. Filthy, rude no consideration for the community or a quality product
