Love this Dunkin
This morning I was 2nd in line to give my order. Waited 15+ mins for a frozen beverage. I watched as multiple people who had ordered through the app or after me get served and my drink was made last. I was very disappointed with the service. I will never be going back to this Dunkin’s ever again. After all was said and done I didn’t even get an apology for the wait or have a nice day. Was just given my drink and the employee turned around.
The worst uffff, the coffee are poorly made. Everyone in there have to be properly trained. I asked for a small ice latte with brown sugar , and it looks like everything but a ice latte.
This Dunkin is easily the worst one in the area. I’ve tried to give it multiple chances because it’s conveniently located on the way downtown, but I’ve come at least 6 or 7 times and never had to wait less than 10 minutes. Most of the time it’s been closer to 20. I’ve ended up having to leave the line without my order a couple times because I was going to be late; that’s inexcusable for a place that’s entire concept is quick and easy food and coffee for people on the go. Fire the entire staff starting with the doofus of a manager, the team follows a leader and that’s where they lack. Absolutely horrible service and attitude from the manager down. Fire the entire team and corporate will be getting a call from me and many others from this mornings experience.
