I stopped by to pick up my online order on April 1st. As I walked in, I decided to order a wake-up wrap and the cashier wanted to make sure my coffee was done to my liking. I appreciated that so much (it’s the little things). The amazing ladies who prepared the food were wonderful and pleasant as they warmly greeted me. I cannot compliment the ladies who worked there today during the 7AM Shift. Thank you for starting my day with AMAZING service.
The woman at the register was friendly, so maybe I had an experience with someone entirely different than the person people are complaining about here. The Donuts are a 5/5 My waist says 0/5 Halloween bucket (2025) 5/5 Coffee 5/5
Once again service is horrible. Need to be trained in how to treat customer. Telling .e that I need to know what I want to order before getting to screen. The screen is what makes one see whats new and make one change their .o d seening all the new stuff. Rep was pushy and was telling me that I cant be changing my mind. Also that I need to know what your order before getting ro screen. Never have that been and issue. Very rude.
