They made my Americano with cold water. The English muffin for my breakfast sandwich wasn’t toasted. I ordered extra cheese and did not get it. Bad location, I’m not paying $5 for a coffee made with cold tap water!
NEVER go to this dunkin!! i have dunkin almost daily and have never had such a bad experience. apart from taking 5 minutes to be attended to (in an empty store) i asked very clearly for a bacon egg and cheese with no cheese. the sandwich was made with no bacon, which is fine mistakes happen to i ask if i can have it redone. with a very rude attitude the worker reluctantly takes it back, and instead of making a new sandwich adds a slice of cold slice of cheese. i return for a third time saying how i want no cheese and still a... read more
The service and quality has gone down hill so bad. The employees don't pay attention to what people actually order and then when you try to bring it back they give you a huge attitude. I don't know who the knew manager is but they are not doing a good job. Today I watched an employee pick a food item out of the trash look at it throw it back in the trash and not change her gloves just go back to handling food. 🤢 they need to get their act together
I went today to order a coffee and muffin the guy put the coffee and it was a bag next to it ,he mention with his eyes that this is my order when I went back to my car I realized that I get wrong back when I went to explain to him he said with a bad attitude that “I don’t have time for you,” i expect that this issue will be addressed with the employee to ensure that no other customers experience such disrespect. Unfortunately, the employee's behavior was not what I would expect from a company known for its customer service.
