This Dunkin is easy to go to as a college student but recently the quality has gone downhill rapidly. This is the second time I’ve received food that was cold and had to be reheated. The quantity of food has also been reduced, such as coffee and drinks clearly having more ice and cold foam to make it seem larger than it is, and one order of hash browns being FOUR (4) when there used to be more. First time there I ordered what I always get at any other dunks but today they were pretty oblivious. I always go inside to ask for "a large frozen coffee with the holiday cookie signature flavor, a shot of espresso, and whipped cream with all the fixings that usually comes with a signature latte. I told the guy twice behind the counter but didn't seem to understand my English very well so I told him he is probably going to make it wrong.
