They got my sandwich wrong I asked for sausage egg cheese on everything bagel and please butter the bagel. When I went to pay it was $2 something so I asked if they got my sandwich right. The lady said plain bagel with butter right? I said no and explained what I wanted. Ordered my daughter a frozen coffee yesterday with caramel swirl on top spent the rest of the day with her in the hospital because they put pumpkin spice on it instead of caramel and my child is allergic to cinnamon. You think when you order something you would get what you asked for not something they randomly concoct together. I still have the coffee and the receipt I will be talking to my attorney
