Ok I’m going to be fair. I agree with other people that the food is pretty bad here and the atmosphere isn’t great. And I have had some less than ideal experiences with service, but I’m willing to give these people working there the benefit of the doubt. Because they’re probably poorly trained because Dunkin is just a marketing and advertising company now so they clearly put no money into the quality of the food, drinks, or training of their customer service staff and their franchisees are stuck in that system. This is horrible, like ordering a large cup of coffee you get a cup full of milk and sugar a tiny bit of coffee it’s ridiculous I saw that men put the cup under the milk machine for a large ounce after the large was done he put milk for Medium ounce like we get milk instead of the coffee 😔😔
I went there today to order a bagel egg and cheese extra egg this is the third time that they messed up the order. They gave me one egg but I payed for two. The employee on the counter that takes the customer can’t even speak English right and doesn’t understand instructions either. This is my last time going here.
