One worker seems to get distracted easily... The first time I've waited for my coffee she claims someone took it. I see her walk over to the coffee area and my cup was half done she scrambled to make it and gave it to me (like I didn't see what just happened?). But today I came in early I saw her again, made my coffee half way. Customers came in she attended to them, took their order and made their coffee. While I waited still... Finally got my coffee. They mess up the order every. Single. Time. Via app or in person. It seems like the manager just doesn’t care or hold anyone accountable, herself included. I’m amazed corporate office hasn’t stepped in.
I live near this Dunkin and it is just mind blowing that they manage to mess up my order every single time. Not only that, they are slow. At least 3 times already, I would place an online order through the app, arrive 15 minutes later to pick up and the order is not even ready even though the screen says it is. I don’t recommend online order at this place. Also, staff are rude except for the few young high school kids they managed to hire.
