Short staffed and they habitually get your order wrong. You'll wait and wait to pull up to the drive through to see 2 people moving with zero urgency. Then you'll be given a caramel ice coffee with no caramel in a hot cup.
Skip it and go to the next one. Worst customer experience you’ll ever have at a DD. Not only was my coffee poorly made, but after leaving my change as a tip, the female youth staff member literally said “Never mind, hope you don’t have a great day” as they handed me my coffee. Pure comedy.
I like the coffee. It's not strong like Starbucks.
