Delicious iced lattes and hot sandwiches. The Assistant GM is very nice and fine as hell.
Very disappointing experience. I stopped in for a sandwich and a black coffee. I received my sandwich, but after waiting about 10 minutes for the coffee, I asked about it. I was told the employee was busy, even though it was just a simple black coffee. While I was waiting, I saw other customers being served coffee after me. In the end, I never received the coffee I paid for, and when I asked for refund I was denied, I understand that places can get busy, but customers should either receive what they paid for or be refunded. ... read more
This place absolutely sucks Every single time I’ve gone there there’s always been some sort of issue either. They make my drink wrong. Or I’ve had broken cups/broken spill and coffee spills all over my car. They even made me a drink with expired milk and when I try to complain, they just argued back every single time. I’ve tried to talk to them in reason with them all they do is argue back and complain. I do not recommend
I was so disappointed this morning we stopped by for breakfast on our way out my husband is a truck driver so it’s not like I could just turn around and go back but we have been to this location several times and never had such an awful experience our avocado toast was hard and had hardly any bacon and then the side of bacon we ordered was supposed to be an 8 pc and there were 3 tiny pieces definitely NOT the 8 pc they advertised.
I was never attended to. It's a terrible place—bad employees who don't do their jobs.
