Ordered on kiosk, not acknowledged, no one else there and didn’t start our order for 7 min, then gave me a large latte only filled 70%
Ryan is awesome. I had to ask him his name the other day. Because of him, i no longer go to any other locations. No matter what we order he delivers the best tasting version. This would be 5 stars if you get Ryan to teach the other employees how to do this correctly. It's mind-boggling that one person can do such a great job, and the rest of the employees are average at best. Do whatever you can to promote Ryan and have him teach the rest of the staff. The young man working the counter had no customer service skills. My interaction with him was robotic and I felt like I was bothering him.
The worst DD
Did a mobile order, after 15 mins came to pick it up. No one was in line waited a few mins for someone at the speaker than when I pulled up there was no stickers on my stuff like usual. I told the girl I had hash browns and she told me they were all out.. at 10 am on a Saturday. I asked for a refund and she said to call corporate.. like that is gonna get me anywhere.
