I had a really bad experience here. My food came out burnt, and I also found hair in it, which is completely unacceptable. This ruined the entire meal. Cleanliness and quality need serious improvement.
Delicious iced lattes and hot sandwiches. The Assistant GM is very nice and fine as hell.
Very disappointing experience. I stopped in for a sandwich and a black coffee. I received my sandwich, but after waiting about 10 minutes for the coffee, I asked about it. I was told the employee was busy, even though it was just a simple black coffee. While I was waiting, I saw other customers being served coffee after me. In the end, I never received the coffee I paid for, and when I asked for refund I was denied, I understand that places can get busy, but customers should either receive what they paid for or be refunded. ... read more
