Extremely rude Indian guy had the audacity to rush my order, and waved me away disrespectfully as soon as I paid. As a customer I'm appalled to receive such treatment, I didn't even have a chance to put away my card, not so much as a thank you or have a nice day. The coffee was disgusting.
English is definitely not the first language of any of the employees that I’ve encountered here. Reading other reviews only confirms this as they too often get the order wrong. it is an uncomfortable experience ordering here because they don’t understand you. Also the language barrier impacts the speed in which your order is taken and fulfilled. So don’t think you will be in and out! Why does Dunkin insist on putting 2 tea bags in a large hot tea?
