English is definitely not the first language of any of the employees that I’ve encountered here. Reading other reviews only confirms this as they too often get the order wrong. it is an uncomfortable experience ordering here because they don’t understand you. This is what you can expect every single time you order from here, with every drink. And theyll be rude to your face as well. Go to the one down the street, its WAY better.
This is a nice store. Friendly people and good pricing. We always stop here when we're in town.
The woman missed to put egg wrap to my order, I waited for nothing. Then I told the man that maybe she missed one of my item. They even didn’t look at my face when talking, no sorry either. Only said: if missing something go back to the line and order again. I felt like I came there for free foods. Sorry was enough, but bad attitude to customer.
Ashley and Britney are the only ones I will let make my order. These 2 are always busy propt and polite. Cell phones should not be aloud can't make coffee with a phone in your hand.
