I’ve live in Narragansett my entire life, I’ve always gone to this Dunkin. Friday early morning, I went through the drive through and ordered several dozen doughnuts for my coworkers. There was no one in line behind me. The miserable woman said “you will need to come in for that.” I replied back “I’m an amputee, I have one leg and use crutches. I have no problem coming in but you will have to carry the doughnuts out to my car.” She replied back “so why can’t you come in.” I left, very upset on how rude and ignorant this lady... read more
during my time working there I had multiple cups of water thrown at me through the drive through. Both the manager and John were made aware and did nothing.
I don’t write Dunkin’ Donuts for a high for many reasons. Whenever I order an iced coffee, it seems like they just dumped the pot that’s been sitting on the burner all day long into the container to make iced coffee with their iced coffee. Taste burned not that coffee is very good to begin with, I can say I’ve had better cups of coffee at most breakfast café restaurants or anywhere for that matter. At least 50% of the time if not more my order is wrong extremely overpriced for what they serve so one star is quite generous.
