It's unfortunate when the tag on the coffee tells you what to put in it for the customer and the lady making them does not understand enough English to make it correctly. No I'm not just saying something like that to be rude. I'm saying that because when I asked for a fork, she didn't know what I was saying and eventually got a knife. I've complained because the Large Caramel Original Coffee with 8 Sugars and whole milk with an espresso shot is always not right. This Dunkin location on West Newport Pike has good food but some of the staff members have a bad understanding of the English language. Its just kind of hard to talk to certain employees handling giving out the food and drinks at the counter
