Had a bad smell like cigarettes inside and no tables to sit down.
Never make your coffee right.
Mate at the drive through made an iced latte when I said normal latte. Then proceeded to charge for an iced latte while being very rude and saying "I'm just going to charge you for an iced latte I don't care". Comically bad customer service.
