Good customer service and we got our food fast.
Despite Williams inconsiderate comment, I feel that this team did the best they could with the staff they had. The manager seemed to be the only one that knew what she was doing and she handle it the best she could. There was more going on inside then what one could imagine. I want to give them 10 stars if I could.
So so bad. I was the Only person in the drive-through and the workers inside Dunkin were arguing and yelling one another. After I gave my order, 25 minutes later still no order Absolutely no customer service, argumentative and if I could give them a zero, I would AVOID going here.
I have be coming to Dunkin for over 5yrs now and the service is great. The manager Angelica is excellent and always greets the customer and with outstanding service. Very polite and personable. Zaye is the best service person since I’ve been coming here. His service is excellent and always cheerful with customers. The service is always consistent with excellence to the customers. Well done, Well done staff!!!!
Our drive-through server named Zay was super energetic and kind and seemed like he loved his job so much and me and my friend felt so welcomed and he didn’t rush us at all. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Thank you so much. Zay for being an awesome worker, you deserve a raise so much wow I’m so impressed!!!!
