Terrible quality control at this location. They gave me the wrong bagel (which was burnt to a crisp) and completely botched our Dunkalatte. Despite paying for an extra espresso shot and asking for less ice, my cup was underfilled, full of ice, and tasted entirely like plain milk. Routinely clearly cutting corners here.
I’ve been coming here for a while and all the baristas are absolute dolls. I’m always greeted with a smile. People complain about the quality of the food items but that’s not their fault. No one goes to a Dunkin to get a good quality sandwich. Any time they mess up my drink they’re more than happy to remake it. We’re all human and mistakes happen, so I’ll never understand when people get genuinely angry about it. The space is always clean, and the drinks are delicious. They’re doing great!
They’re hot caramel latte is to die for absolutely love it
Possibly the worst Dunkin’ in the country… consistently rotten and rude service, low inventory and dirty lobby. Absolute trash
