Coffee is always ice cold never fails
This place sucks I will never got to this Dunkin again and my coffee is literally the color of snow
Terrible service. I used to visit frequently because of the store manage Lisa, but ever since she’s been gone there’s no reason because my order is never made correctly and the customer service is poor
I went to this location multiple times for me to make this review. Sadly to say that the employees here are rude and disrespectful. Lack of accountability when they make an error. Instead they will tell you how to order and question you as a customer. They are lazy and they don’t want to modify your order if you don’t want to change something because of allergies. Their customers service needs improve or the staff needs to be trained better or changed.
I officially don't like this place! My coffee is always bland. Other dunkin makes it better. I gave them a couple try and still didn't like it.
