I generally love Dunkin, but my first visit to this location got me what tasted like "day old" donuts. Disappointed in that, but the staff were friendly. I doubt I will return to this location.
I went here 4 times in a row trying to give them a chance. 3 times there were mulitple missing items, and this is from a mobile order, so it can't be a verbal mistake. This last time I asked for no bacon on my sandwich, got home and it had bacon. Went back and nicely said it was wrong, showed him the sandwich, and said no bacon please, only egg and cheese. Guess what? He put bacon on it again.
Yesterday I sat at the window for 6 mins before they remembered I had 6.5 mins earlier been so the menu. This morning was faster but not friendly or customer service based. Very unpleasant and not welcoming to customers. Looks like I will have find a different location in the morning.
