I ordered food on the Dunkin’ Donuts app in the lady was telling me how she had no more bread or food that she’s cleaning all the grills and she’s getting ready to go home. It’s 7:50pm the store closes at 9 PM. They are very lazy and they don’t want to do their job. She literally did not want to talk to me. She made it clear that she had nothing that she could not help me at all. And then I got screwed by Dunkin’ Donuts cause I got no food. Just go to the Dunkin’ Donuts right behind this one
On March 12, 2026 around 9:50 AM, I had a very upsetting experience at this Dunkin location at 1190 Boston Rd. I went through the drive-thru to buy donuts. English is not my first language, so when the manager spoke very fast I politely asked her to repeat because I did not understand. Instead of helping me, she started yelling at me. I visited this location on March, 8, 2026 around 10am. I've been so many Dunkin Donuts from south to west. And this is the most disgusting place that I can ever see. The staff are rude, lousy and service is horrible. I just asked for glass of hot water and they charged for it. I understand it cost for water and cup. but I am regular client of Dunkin donut and I also order few items already.
