Two days in a row purchased a hot coffee. Both days had coffee grounds in my coffee so it must be old grounds. Tried calling to let them know and no one answers the phone. I question the cleanliness of their equipment, will not return. So after several months decided to strart trying this location again. I give up. I order my coffee the same way everyday for a week. My coffee is never the same!! Everything is premeasured aside from the flavor additive. 4 pumps is standard and good. But not one employee pumps the full pump!!!... read more
Closes early almost every night and won’t take my order in the drive thru. Came at 8:45 pm. No one would help me
Medium ice cold brew with 4 creams, no sugar.
Spent 20 mins in a drive thru with 2 cars... they lack any decent customer service skills. Place needs new management.
