I've taken food back a couple times because it was burned. I'm talking 'black' burned. I couldn't believe they actually gave it to me. I agree with the rest, the people working there are rude.
They are extremely rude here. I am a regular and would go every day they constantly over push you to buy merchandise and when you don’t they get mad . I normally go to the drive-through but I went inside about three weeks ago and stood there almost 15 minutes and got ignored. Then I went back today to redeem a free drink and give them one last chance, and they were extremely rude again. One of the workers was rolling her eyes at me and giving me a dirty look.
