I came this morning and asked if they had blueberry bagels out of curiosity. The response that i got was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.Some people need to work on there attitude towards customers.That lady needs to get fired and has to work on her customer service!! It’s not what she said it’s how she said it!
Yesterday I came around 10:30 am. I was waiting at the window for like 5 minutes and told me to pull up and I just seen them laughing at me at the window talking the whole time and had me waiting no respect and no Urgency at all. Bad customer service
Stopped at Dunkin and it was actually a pretty good experience. The line moved quick, the staff was nice, and they didn’t mess up my order (which happens a lot at other places). My drink tasted right and the food was fresh. Nothing crazy, just solid service and no complaints.
There’s a video circulating on fb of one of the workers transporting donuts from his trunk into the restaurant…the donuts were not covered…UNSANITARY…UNACCEPTABLE
We came here on a pretty slow Saturday morning. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and no one inside. When we entered we were not greeted but stood by the register until someone in my party jokingly said where are all of the employees and one of the employees heard that and said they would be over there in a minute which was fine So we waited about 20 minutes and even had an employee come to the register and grab donut holes for another order in the Drive-Thru and then not even address us as we stood there so we ended up ju... read more
