We came here on a pretty slow Saturday morning. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and no one inside. When we entered we were not greeted but stood by the register until someone in my party jokingly said where are all of the employees and one of the employees heard that and said they would be over there in a minute which was fine So we waited about 20 minutes and even had an employee come to the register and grab donut holes for another order in the Drive-Thru and then not even address us as we stood there so we ended up ju... read more
Another trip because its close to my work on a break, THIS IS NOT LESS ICE! AFTER IT HAS MELTED A BIT YOU CAN SEE HOW FULL OF ICE IT IS. ***I only came here because I forgot my coffee at the nice Dunkin' Donuts by my house in Hammond who always gets my order correct. I am sick of this place not following directions . Teach your employees what less ice is!!!!!!! I'm not paying for a cup of ice . Another udate, $7 for 5 sips is diabolical. Just went through the drive thru for a sandwich and drink and your gal working the window is probably one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. Thrusts my card back at me with an annoyed “here!” Sticks my bag out the window while busy complaining to the employee behind her and not even acknowledging me, I politely say thank you and she can’t even acknowledge me with a you are welcome or have a nice day.
