Coffee is never consistent, the workers are lazy and skimp out on espresso every time. Might as well go to the 24hr dunkin right down the street for better quality and service.
Happy Nurses Week! Just a heads up to fellow nurses — I had a disappointing experience at a Dunkin location today. I called ahead while in the parking lot to confirm their Nurses Week free coffee promotion and was told that while they weren’t “officially” participating, they would still honor the discount if I mentioned I was a nurse when i visited. I came this morning and asked if they had blueberry bagels out of curiosity. The response that i got was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.Some people need to work on there attitude towards customers.That lady needs to get fired and has to work on her customer service!! It’s not what she said it’s how she said it!
Yesterday I came around 10:30 am. I was waiting at the window for like 5 minutes and told me to pull up and I just seen them laughing at me at the window talking the whole time and had me waiting no respect and no Urgency at all. Bad customer service
Stopped at Dunkin and it was actually a pretty good experience. The line moved quick, the staff was nice, and they didn’t mess up my order (which happens a lot at other places). My drink tasted right and the food was fresh. Nothing crazy, just solid service and no complaints.
