So here's the thing, don't get me wrong but I know a customer facing job has its challenges. However as with anything, if there is something you don't know that pertains to your job dont be afraid to ask for help instead of throwing a hissy fit and just giving a customer anything and just expecting them to take it after they've spent their hard earned money. Particularly when it comes to making a simple three ingredient drink which is fruit juice, ice and sparkling water which should not be a monumental task.

We usually love Dunkin but this place was terrible. When we went to the drive up, nobody spoke on the speaker system. We had to drive up to the window and tell them nobody responded. We were not greeted which is completely understandable if it’s too crowded but there was hardly anyone there. For the first time the donuts were dry and tasted subpar.

There has been such an improvement here. I visited a year or two ago and it was a disaster. I'm glad to say my experience was much better this time.
