Made my iced caramel latte just perfect
This place is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here several times and every time there’s always something wrong. I use the app and give plenty of time before I pick up my order and I get there and the order isn’t ready or something is missing or forgotten. I don’t get it. I always give the benefit of the doubt but forget this place . Poorly run. Staff talks back to you. This place is not somewhere to go in the morning for coffee etc. It doesn’t start your day off good. This Place should be observed by Corporate.
Did a mobile order. They did not have the sliders ordered in stock. Rude when I asked for a substitution, which most locations would automatically do.
