Good days, and bad day of service
I am increasingly concerned about the service at this location. On multiple occasions during my lunch break, I have encountered lines stretching to the door, while several employees retreat to the back rather than assisting. This consistently leaves a single staff member overwhelmed, attempting to both take orders and prepare drinks. As a customer with limited time, it is frustrating to spend my entire 30-minute break waiting, simply due to a lack of initiative and teamwork among the staff.
