The employees acted like I was bothering them by trying to place an order inside. Extremely rude.
First of all, I'm a huge Dunkin' loyalist, but this location is horrible and does a tremendous disservice to the brand. Even with no customers in sight, they are still consistently unprepared. After the 3rd time coming here and having this same experience, I will not be coming here again.
I come to this Dunkin almost weekly and let me tell you about Angelo Massey!!!!!!! He is absolutely amazing. He is funny, kind, and caring. His customer service is top notch. I went in and he was the only person working as the supervisor quit that morning and yet he still held it down. There were a few patrons and he handled it like a champ. On google it says closes at 7pm. It’s 650pm and the girl at the cashier said they are closed bc she already counted her register…
